Hope everyone had a pleasant and safe New Years Eve and are now happily ensconced in the new year and ready to enjoy a fruitful and fun 2008.

Got those new years resolutions all lined up and ready to tick off?

Happy New Year everyone. Wow, 2008 already.

I don't do New Year's Resolutions since I think if you want to change anything, just do it instead of waiting for a particular date. But, ... and this is funny ... one of mine came into effect at about 1am last night - so yeah, maybe I do have one this year.

P.S. I've always wanted to write a story with the title "New Year's Revolutions" :-)

Happy New Year!

I look at New Year's Resolutions as more like the year's goals. I like the calendar year as a block of time. If you are making goals for the year or just goals in general I think you need to know exactly what reaching your goal will look like, make sure it is all under your control and know what you need to do to achieve it.

Happy New Year >_<!

Ahhh... 2008... sounds like a terrifying year for me actually, I'm in my last year of high school now!! Ahh!! >_< My procrastination has extended to the point where I haven't even written up New Years' Resolutions yet and it's 2nd Jan now.................-_-;;; But I will!! I will!! Eventually.

EDIT: Oh yes, by the way, I look at New Year Resolutions same way as you, Kerryn. Nice chance to plan the year :)

Hi Angeldreams, heck just realising how long ago it was for me my last year in High School. All I will tell you is it ended in an '8' too.
Hope you have an excellent year.

N Y resolutions, nope whenever I plan it goes out the window, I just take each day as it comes now, and count my blessings I have got through another year. :)

Happy New Year everyone a little late. I've got goals that can disguise themselves as resolutions if they want. Most deal with writing, there are a few that are more personal in nature.
