Saw an article in this morning's paper regarding the annual Ashton Wylie Charitable Trust literature awards.
The genre is for the mind, body-spirit.
Anyone know exactly what this is?

Meditation? Finding your inner child/spirit?
As a genre for writing I have never heard of it.
Though for some reason my brain keeps saying "someone has been watching too much Criss Angel Mindfreak" coz he is always going on about conecting your mind body and spirit..LOL

No idea either sorry! I am terrible with genre definitions in some places - there seem to be too many to really keep track of these days.

I remembered that NaNoWriMo had a Religious, Spiritual and New Age genre forum. I think you might find some answers there.
