I've printed all 136 pages (1.5 spaced) of Freeing the Flame in preparation for beginning to rewrite/edit from February, through the all important editing month of March and, by the looks of things, through into April.
Has anyone else gone hard core... I mean, hard copy... with their manuscript yet? 30 Jan 2008 22:31:14
No Excuses. Just Write.

Hehe yeah, I printed out mine earlier in the month and wrote/drew all over it... I was saving paper though and made it small font, single spaced - I don't find it hard to read that way so I knew I could get away with it, will no doubt have several more print offs before I feel it's ready to be released into the world.
Very exciting! 31 Jan 2008 09:28:32 |

Good luck guys. It sounds really exciting having an actual print of your works. I usually have a pretty much paperless existance (home and work) so having something like that would be a bit random for me.

There is nothing more satisfying than the weight and size of your printed work. I totally recommend it to anyone whose finished writing something. It helped me get through the editing phase, having something to scribble on and write thru. And having the physical presence of your work, when otherwise it's just pain and words on a screen is something truly wonderful.
